01 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, making a deposit or using any feature of the 777s platform — including the website, mobile app and any associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform. Continued use of 777s after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

02 Eligibility

To register and use 777s you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are registering as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of any business, syndicate or third party.
• You are not excluded from gambling or gaming services under any self-exclusion arrangement you have entered into.
• You are not using the platform in any jurisdiction where its use is specifically prohibited.

777s reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to confirm eligibility. Documents may include a valid CNIC, passport or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

03 Your Account

Each person is permitted to hold one account only on 777s. Opening duplicate accounts — regardless of the email address, phone number or payment method used — is a breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be void if abuse is identified.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Do not share your username, password or OTP with any other person. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the 777s support team immediately.

Account information you provide during registration — including your name, contact details and payment information — must be accurate and kept up to date. 777s may request re-verification at any time to confirm that the details on file remain correct.

• Accounts may not be sold, transferred or assigned to another person under any circumstances.
• 777s reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if a breach of these Terms is identified or suspected.
• Dormant accounts (no login activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee as outlined in the account settings help section.

04 Deposits

All deposits on 777s are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards and other mobile wallets as displayed in your account cashier at the time of deposit.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account. These limits may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

• Deposits must be made using a payment method in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another person — are not permitted and may be returned or frozen pending investigation.
• 777s does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.
• Deposit processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect in your account immediately. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending bank.
• If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your deposit where possible. Supported withdrawal channels include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer. Withdrawal to a method not previously used for deposit may require additional verification.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account identity verification must be complete.
• Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold displayed in your cashier.
• There must be no open fraud or security investigation on your account.

777s aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank. Exact timelines are not guaranteed and may vary based on payment provider processing times.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

777s offers a range of promotional offers to Pakistan players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, enhanced odds on PSL and cricket matches, free bets and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer.

General bonus conditions that apply across all 777s promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted. The wagering multiplier for each offer is stated in the promotion terms.
• Time limits: Most bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements within the stated period will be removed from your account automatically.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino, table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage or be excluded. Contribution rates are listed per promotion.
• One offer at a time: Unless explicitly stated, only one active bonus may be held at a time. Opting into a new bonus while one is active may result in the existing bonus being forfeited.
• Abuse: 777s reserves the right to void bonus funds and withhold related winnings from any account where bonus abuse — including coordinated multi-account claiming — is detected.

Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts making their first PKR deposit only. Players who have previously held an account under a different name or payment method are not eligible for a new welcome bonus.

07 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on 777s covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral ODIs and Test series), football, esports and other markets as displayed on the platform. All bets are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules displayed in the betting section.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive a successful bet confirmation reference. Bets not confirmed by the system are void.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at the time of bet placement are not guaranteed until the bet is confirmed.
• Voided bets: If a match or event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled and not completed within 24 hours of its scheduled start, bets will typically be voided and stakes returned. Specific void rules per sport are available in the sports help section.
• In-play betting: Live in-play bets are subject to a brief delay for data verification. 777s reserves the right to suspend in-play betting on any event at any time and to void bets placed on obviously incorrect in-play odds resulting from a data feed error.
• Maximum payout: Maximum single and accumulator bet payouts apply per market. These limits are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement.
• PSL-specific markets: Player-specific markets (top batsman, player of the match, method of dismissal) are settled according to official PSL match data. In the event of a data discrepancy, 777s reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation.

08 Casino & Games

777s offers a full suite of casino products including slots, live casino with real dealers, table games, bingo and other game formats. All games are operated using certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino, streamed from professional studios with real dealers.

• Casino game results are final once the round has concluded and confirmed by the system. Disputes about individual round outcomes must be raised within 72 hours.
• In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, the round will be completed according to the game's pre-set rules. Bets already committed to a round are not refunded due to disconnection.
• 777s reserves the right to suspend any game at any time for maintenance, technical issues or third-party provider requirements.
• Bingo games at 777s are governed by the specific room rules displayed in the bingo lobby. Ticket prices, prize structures and jackpot conditions vary per room.
• Jackpot amounts displayed are approximate and subject to the final confirmed amount at the time of award.

09 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

777s operates on a fair play basis. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any form of artificial assistance to place bets or play casino games.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches or technical errors in the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known technical error are void.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting or any activity that constitutes sports fraud.
• Using a stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment method to make deposits.
• Coordinating with other players to abuse bonuses, exploit odds or manipulate game outcomes.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during the registration or verification process.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity.

777s employs active monitoring tools to detect prohibited conduct. If your account is flagged for review, it may be temporarily restricted pending investigation. 777s's decisions in matters of fair play and fraud are final.

10 Privacy & Data

11 Responsible Gaming

• 777s's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
